Billy’s Walk Residences, an intricate multi-family housing, landscape, and urban planning project, features 49 beautifully curated units in apartment and four-plex archetypes located at the heart of Gibsons Landing. Situated at the centre of a vibrant green link, Billy’s Walk is connected to a larger green neighbourhood, as part of the Town of Gibsons’ mandate for a walkable village. The buildings are designed with a mix of traditional and modern seaside village characters, carefully stepping up the hill to reduce the presence along major streets, all with views towards the ocean and green spaces.
In this pedestrian-oriented residential development, where cars are the guest, publicly accessible trails, bike paths, and elevator allow visitors to experience the green link journey comfortably, passing through green pockets of retained trees and observatory decks for ocean views.
